Is TwoReps another field service management app?
We're designing it as an AI-native office manager with field service operations built in. Rather than asking you to input every detail, our goal is for AI to handle the workflow and ask for your input only when it's actually needed.
Will AI make decisions without my approval?
The product concept is built around your control. Routine work can follow rules you choose, while sensitive decisions—like unusual pricing or scheduling exceptions—can be escalated to you by text. Final controls and supported workflows will be determined during development.
What kinds of businesses is it for?
We're starting with independent home service businesses, such as plumbing, HVAC, cleaning, repair, and similar owner-operated teams. The exact first supported trades haven't been finalized.
Does it answer calls and texts?
